Zelensky says restoration of Kakhovka Dam will cost EUR 2B

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that restoring the Kakhovka Dam, without which the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant cannot operate, will require EUR 2 billion.
