Over 1,500 people tortured in Russian detention chambers in Kherson region

In the Kherson region, more than 1,500 people were tortured in Russian torture chambers. The occupiers took people to torture chambers not only to “extract” information or force them to cooperate, but in some cases, the victims or their relatives were forced to pay a “ransom” for their freedom.
