US adapts PURL packages for Ukraine with Norway’s support – Defense Chief Kristoffersen

When Norway realized it couldn’t provide certain types of weapons to Ukraine on its own, it turned to the United States, which in turn adapted the Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) packages accordingly.
