January decision at Council of Europe to allow other states to join Special Tribunal – Tochytskyi

In January 2026, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe is expected to adopt a decision on the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the Management Committee of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. After this decision is adopted, the Advance Team will begin work on defining the parameters of this new institution.
