Ukrainian forces destroyed a newly introduced Russian off-road vehicle near Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast, according to the 7th Corps of Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces. The vehicle, a Ulan-2 model based on the Sobol 4x4 commercial chassis, was eliminated during a targeted strike on Russian supply routes approaching the city.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian forces are launching assaults around the clock, facing stiff resistance from Ukrainian defenders and reportedly suffering heavy losses. Ukrainian Armed Forces Colonel Vladyslav Selezniov stated that more than 140,000 Russian troops have been concentrated along the Pokrovsk axis. The figure underscores Russia’s strategic focus on this part of the front, where it has committed significant manpower and new equipment — including the now-destroyed Ulan-2 — in its push to break Ukrainian defenses.
