Russian drones have hit the city of Chernihiv, striking a four-storey residential building, leaving people injured and killing one person. A critical infrastructure facility has also come under attack.

Quote from Chernihiv City Council: "An enemy drone has once again struck civilian housing – a multi-storey apartment building."
Details: Bryzhynskyi said that a direct hit on a five-storey apartment block has been recorded.
The city council added that damage has been recorded on the second floor. A flat caught fire. Emergency services are working at the scene.
Bryzhynskyi later reported that one person was killed. There are casualties, including a child.
He added that Russia also attacked a critical infrastructure facility.
